Three Presentation Files
The campus living lab summer camp, hosted by the ANCHOR project, ran from August 11 to 13, 2026. Semyung University students formed teams to investigate local problems and present solutions. With three presentation files now in the archive, proposals that seemed to address separate topics can be read together — as one question aimed at the same city.
The covers differ. WorkJecheon looks at the gap between youth and employers, TRY at the mismatch between local shop owners and university students, and Dopamin Crew at population decline and tourism. Yet all three point to the same empty space: how to make people come to Jecheon, stay, and return.
WorkJecheon — Linking Jobs and Settlement
The WorkJecheon team (Hyunwook Cho, Seah Jeon, Tanshien Tan) began with the GAP between youth and companies. Their five-step collaboration roadmap, subtitled “Connecting Jecheon,” treats youth employment not as policy but as a matter of designing relationships between people, employers, and the city.
TRY — Between Owners and Students
The TRY team (Chaeyoung Kwon, Chanhyeong Lee, Geunyoung Jeong) interviewed local restaurant owners and students and found their accounts misaligned. Owners want younger customers but do not read what students want; students want honest reviews without advertising. The proposal reframes the mismatch as a problem of information rather than promotion.
Dopamin Crew — Designing for Staying
Dopamin Crew (Dana Son, Seohee Ji, Jimin Hang) starts from population decline and proposes a medical-linked extended-stay platform based on roughly fifteen interviews — turning day visitors into people who remain.
One Question, Three Answers
Read side by side, the structure appears: WorkJecheon addresses people living here, TRY people visiting, and Dopamin Crew people staying. Where the winter camp asked how Bus No. 31 limits student life, these three ask what conditions would let people remain within it.

Open Questions
Whether these proposals became actual change cannot be confirmed from these materials alone. The archive records not finished answers, but the order of the questions — how to keep people in the city of Jecheon.
